Chiparus was a prominent sculptor of the Art Deco era, known for his chryselephantine sculptures, which combined bronze and ivory, and his elegant figurines depicting dancers and theatrical figures. The sculpture embodies the Art Deco style, characterized by its elegant, decorative, and often stylized forms.
