It is decorated with a geometric pattern on the sides and lid, which is studded with many semi-translucent glass beads or cabochons. These cabochons have a milky white or opalescent appearance and are individually set in metal prongs. The lid features a highly detailed, relief sculpture of a serpent or dragon-like creature, which also forms the handle for the hinged top. The box is supported by four ornate feet.

Box does not feature a bottom.

Piece measures: 4"x 3" and is ready for display.
